Rachael Skyring is a curious woman. Neurodivergent. Committed carer. Over thinker. Sensitive feeler. Stubborn AF. With postgraduate degrees in Astrophysics and Rocket Science, she's spent the last twenty years as mostly a Mum, the last ten honing her metaphysical quantum brain surgery skills through mindful movement and embodiment practices. Whoever you want to be, and wherever you want to go, Rachael can start you on your way. The sky's the limit. Let's begin!

24 September 2024

Neurodivergent women have a clear feeling for where they’ve been, who they are and what they want, and they go ahead in pursuit of it.

At the same time, they often appear as friendly, organised, and helpful, willing to perform difficult tasks that others tend to avoid.

Eventually they become tired of showing up in tight spots.   The grim satisfaction of enduring and overcoming is no longer what they desire.

Sometimes, they have lost touch with their sense of self in their effort to conform to the capable assistant and keen student stereotypes.

Leaving us feeling alone and uncertain about which calls to follow, which groups to join, what effort will bring meaningful reward.

What I suggest, when you’re feeling frozen in conflicted doubt, is to find your way home for a while.

Allow yourself to rest, surrounded by things you know, that remind you of who you are right now.   Familiarity and current comfort are an appropriate starting point for refocusing on what is important.

From there, call on whatever accessible physical modalities, kind friends or relaxing creative practices you know to enable you to return you to yourself.

I know from personal experience that it can be very hard to get back on track alone, and it can be very difficult to ask for help when you’re not clear what you need.

In collaboration with my teacher and friend Yolanda Sokiri, I have created a rich and gentle offering called LOVE MOVES US to encourage and support you when you’re struggling with beginning to reach out.

Built around the theme of seed, because that’s the smallest place to start and as full of potential as you are.

LOVE MOVES US is a 90 minute recording that you can access from the comfort and safety of your couch, with nothing but a journal to start getting your thoughts in order.

It’s available now for $27, to get you tuned back into your joyful purpose vibe.

AND to celebrate September Equinox, use discount code NINEninths for the next nine days of the ninth month until midnight AEST 30 September to access the goodness for just $9
