When you feel overwhelm to be imminent, or discover yourself drowning in it, it is possible to imagine contentment, feel into it and allow that feeling to guide you gently back to spaciousness.

Allow yourself to be guided by desires felt in contentment to lead you on to another level of contentment.  Allow yourself to pivot towards joy.

Illustrated in full colour with exquisite natural materials from Worimi country (Tea Gardens, NSW, Australia) captured in ephemeral art images by visual artist Shona Wilson.
