How do you feel about the Invisible Woman?

Written by Rachael Skyring

Rachael Skyring is a curious woman. Committed carer. Over thinker. Sensitive feeler. Stubborn AF. Plus AuDHD (very late diagnosed). With postgraduate degrees in Astrophysics and Rocket Science, she's spent the last twenty years as mostly a Mum, the last ten honing her metaphysical quantum brain surgery skills through mindful movement and embodiment practices. Whoever you want to be, and wherever you want to go, Rachael can start you on your way. The sky's the limit. Let's begin!

Going forward on this channel I’ll be talking about the Invisible Woman a lot.  Almost exclusively, directly and indirectly.

My special interest turns out to be creating a collective portrait of the Invisible Woman, so they can see themselves as a powerful agent of cultural change, a mirror for those of us seeking to overcome disabling doubts about the importance of what we have to offer in the world.

What’s in the Invisible Woman for you?

First of all, not the words or even the topic, but the flow of energy, enthusiasm and joy that comes through.

If you sense something of that energy and joy and feel even a little intrigued, wondering how to access more of that feeling in your life, that’s also a gift, because now there’s a path for you to follow, one sensing, one breath at a time.

Then, if your curiosity and courage draw you forward into mental/emotional engagement with your own experience of and ideas about the Invisible Woman, you have cracked open a whole new can of worms/perspective on life.

Finally, if you dare to reach out and share something of your thoughts/feelings/associations here, in the anonymous Invisible Woman Project Survey, you’ll have skin in the game and become an active participant in raising Invisible Woman consciousness in the real world.  (There’s lots more to say about this, and that’s what will be coming through in the next weeks, months, years)

How does that sound?

So here are three options going forward

There are no right or wrong responses here.  You are simply invited to move in whichever direction feels most inviting and spacious for you.

Go!

  1. Do nothing – visit the blog when it suits you
  2. Subscribe – join the circle and receive Invisible Woman Project updates and developments
  3. Jump in and contribute to the collective knowledge gathering – the Invisible Woman evokes something in you that you’re ready to share right now in the group survey.
